Some Important Suggestions to Parents
- Parents are to take care that children do their homework and come well prepared to school.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by inforcing regularity, cleanliness and senses of discipline in the children.
- The school authorities will be happy if any neglect in assigning or correcting homework is brought to their notice by parents.
- Parents are requested to meet the class teacher with prior intimation with regard to their childs progress in studies.
- Parents/Guardians and visitors are forbidden to visit the classes and talk to the teachers or students during class hours without written permission of the principal.
- The school diary is a compulsory information book for each pupil which service as a source of information about the activities of the school. Parents/Guardians are requested to look into the reports given by the principal and teachers and sign them. All complaints should be made through the school calendar.
- Parents/ guardians are not allowed to see their children during class hours and also not walk about in the school promises without permission from the principal.
- We do not advice the parents to engage tutors for the children. In an exceptional case it is done, the tutor should be familiar with the method of teaching used in the school.
- A great thinker says, “Do not help your child in school work because it may make him dependent on other.” (It is a point of Mind “Being and ‘Independent clerk’ is better than being a Dependent Manager”).
- Parents are expected to attend “Parents- Teachers Meeting” and other school functions to which they are regularly invited.
- The school cannot take responsibility for students after class hours.
- Date of Birth of a student as recorded in the admission register cannot be changed at any cost.
- Any communication (request, complaint suggestion) made by parents to the school should be addressed to the principal.
- Accepting the above suggestions in practice will ensure securing all that is best in the education of your child.
- Parents are requested to keep balance between responsibility for giveness and love for children.
Visiting Time For Parents
The school would like parents to maintain a close report with the teachers, teaching their wards in the school, with the tight schedule sometimes. It is very difficult to meet parents every day. Parents are advised to meet the respective class teachers with prior appointment.
It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your ward or for asking guidance. Your letters will be replied to after discussion with the concerned teachers.
You are most welcome to meet the Principal any time during working hours but it will be very convenient of you to come between 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM.
Rules for payment for dues
- All fees for a month must be paid latest by 10th of each month. If 10th of the month is a holiday then the payment is to previous working day.
- Fees/ Dues shall be paid in cash or by bank up to 10th of every month.
- Fee for the month of May-June & Feb-March will be paid together.
- A late fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged if fee is paid after 10th day of the month.
- Any student who does not clear the dues up to the required date shall not be allowed to appear in the ensuing examination.
- Name of the student who does not pay dues of two months by the 20th of the 2nd month shall be struck off the roll. Readmission may be given on payment of Rs.500/- with late payment. A fine of Rs.10/- from 11th till the end of the month shall be collected for 1st month.
Withdrawals
- A student who fails once in the school in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school especially of he/she is before average in that classes.
- Once clear calendar month’s notice in writing or month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
- Transfer Certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of the June.
- Students can be asked to leave the school on only disciplinary grounds.
Parents Teachers Meeting
Parents- Teachers interaction will be conducted after each Terminal Exam. Dates will be announced in advance.
Note: Report cards will be given to the parents only on the report card day failing which a penalty will be imposed.
