Some important suggestions to guardians

  • Parents are to take care that children do their homework and come well prepared to school
  • Parents are expected to co- operate with the school authorities by inforcing regularity, cleanliness and senses of discipline in the children
  • The school authorities will be happy if any neglect in assigning or correcting homework is brought to their notice by parents
  • Parents are requested to meet the class teacher with prior intimation with regard to their childs
  • Parents/ Guardians and visitors are forbidden to visit the classes and talk to the teachers or students during class hours without written permission of principal
  • The school diary is a compulsory information book for each pupil which service as a source of information about the activities of the school. Parents /Guardians are requested to look into the reports given by the Principal and teachers and sign them. All complaints should be made through the school calender
  • Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to see their children during class hours and also not walk about in the School premises without permission from the Principal
  • We do not advice the parents to engage tutors for the children. In an exceptional case it is done, the tutor should be familiar with the method of teaching used in the school. A great thinker says, "Do not help your child in school work because it may make him dependent on other." (It is a point of Mind " Being an' Independent clerk' is better than being a Dependent Manager")
  • Parents are expected to attend" Parents- Teachers Meeting" and other school functions to which they are regularly invited
  • The school cannot take responsibility for students after class hours
  • Date of Birth of a student as recorded in the admission register cannot be changed at any cost
  • Any communication ( request, complaint, suggestion) made by parents to the school should be addressed to the Principal
  • Accepting the above suggestions in practice will ensure securing all that is best in the education of your child
  • Parents are requested to keep balance between responsibility for governess and love for children
